Appointment Policy & Payment Information. Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We require at least 24 hours notice if you cannot attend your scheduled appointment to allow us to offer the time to another patient. We expect and appreciate payment on the day of treatment. Health funds – HICAPS facilities are available which enables us to directly process your health fund claims with participating health funds. This means that the rebate amount is claimed immediately so you only need to pay the remaining gap/difference.
